Today recommendations for municipalities «How should municipalities manage their territories under the land market conditions: 7 important steps».

The recommendations have been prepared jointly by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food Supplies and experts on land issues of the USAID programme.

«For the first time in the decade municipalities have owned land resources all over their territory. The new land legislation having come into force, local self-government bodies are responsible for land issues solution. Everyone is interested in the steps to be taken by municipalities being professional and efficient. That is why it is vital to provide local managers with the guidance», - claimed during the presentation the Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda.
