The future of rayon councils – the Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils has publicized the resolution
The Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils will send the Resolution of the meeting «Issues of concern of rayon council funding» to the state authorities.
The Resolution was supported by the heads of rayon councils on July, 2.
The main provisions of the document are related to financial guarantees of local self-government bodies of the subregional level.
