On June, 1, 2021, a proper ASC, upgraded with support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, was opened in the Avanhardivska municipality in the Odesa oblast. The municipality arranged the centre in a new three-storey administrative building, adjoining the cultural centre.

The upgraded ASC will provide almost 11 thousand residents with more than 130 services, including social ones, registration of place of residence, land, business and real estate. The ASC also provides services of registering vehicles and issuing driver’s licenses. With support of the U-LEAD Programme the municipality has created a manager’s remote working place in the village of Nova Dolyna, providing 73 administrative services.
