Within the DOBRE USAID Programme the Ministry for Digital Transformation and SocialBoost are creating the course, entitled «How can a hromada become digital» for the Unified State Webportal of Digital Education «Diya.Digital Education».
For this purpose the Ministry for Digital Transformation signed a memorandum with the SocialBoost public organisation.
The Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation, specializing in eurointegration issues Valeria Ionan emphasizes:
«Hromada residents’ life cannot be comfortable and convenient if the hromada fails to apply advanced digital technologies. It has become even more obvious at the period of quarantine restrictions, caused by the pandemic. That is why we are developing an educational course at Diya.Digital Education dealing with how to establish «a hromada in a smartphone». This practical course will help hromadas implement digital transformations and create own success stories of introducing electronic tools and innovative technologies.»
