UNICEF has defined hromadas in eastern Ukraine for social services development
UNICEF has selected 16 hromads where it will develop social services for families and children for the next two years. These are eight hromadas of the Luhansk oblast and eight hromadas of the Donetsk oblast.
UNICEF will improve the social services system within the Spilno (Jointly) project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development via the German Bank for Development (KfW).
