To speed up regional digitalisation, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has introduced the position of a CDTO — a Chief Digital Transformation Officer. They are already available in each ministry and will gradually appear in each hromada.

«Digitalisation is an extremely important decision that is why it is necessary for the position to be occupied by an efficient manager. The hromada head has a lot of other tasks and challenges. So, there is a demand for the people to be able to push and successfully fulfill projects locally», — claimed Mykhaylo Fedorov in his interview.
