15 performance criteria – the Portal of Hromada Capability has been presented

On April, 22 the informational and analytical portal of hromada capability was presented

«The main decentralization task has always been to establish capable hromadas. On January, 1, 2021, Ukraine started a historical phase – all hromadas turned to direct interbudget relations and became equal by the status. Now their performance efficiency matters. That is why it is high time to begin assessing hromada activity and work results with the help of certain criteria. It is vital to do it not to cause a quarrel but to detect problems quickly and to assist hromadas in solving them. This is an important assignment for the Government and Parliament, the Oblast State Administartions and new Rayon State Administrations», - commented Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, during the presentation.
