Grandchildren and great-grandchildren of those, having survived collectivisation, manmade famine, deculakisation, purges and war, following the Revolution of Dignity have obtained the right to manage the collected taxes and decide where to move on. This right inspires: Ukraine of a healthy person is developing in small hromadas little by little.
