A panel discussion at the press-centre of the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre was dedicated to peculiarities and advantages of digital governance for the local authorities. The event was organized by the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre jointly with the Estonian Centre for Eastern Partnership, and supported by the Emerging Donors Challenge Foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and the DOBRE USAID Programme.
