How should rayon hospitals be transferred to and why should it be done as soon as possible? How to locally budget expenditures for the hospital that has not been transferred to the hromada yet? Is it possible for incapable hromadas to transfer hospitals, e.g., to the oblast level? Won’t declarations with patients and agreements with the National Health Service become invalid during the hospital proprietor change?

Answers to these and many other questions were looked for by participants of the open dialogue «A new administrative and territorial arrangement – a new management system: an activity algorithm of health care establishments and their proprietors». Representatives of the Ministry of Health, MinRegion and National Health Service took part in the event. They were joined online by 295 participants from 24 regions of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv. Approximately 5000 people watched the live streamline in the Facebook and Youtube.
