An excise duty will remain in the local budgets – the Parliament’s decision
On December, 15 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed in the second reading and as a whole Law draft of Ukraine №4100-d of 05.11.2020 On Amending the Budget Code of Ukraine. According to the Association of Ukrainian Cities, one of the main budget issues for hromadas was to preserve a part (13,44%) of the excise duty in the local self-government budgets.
While considering Law draft of Ukraine №4100-d people’s deputies supported the appropriate amendments.
