A sociological barometer of the reform: What does the population think of decentralisation?
For the fifth time, supported by the Council of Europe, the national authorities, both central and local ones, have obtained detailed assessment measurements and public views concerning one of the most powerful reforms in the history of the Ukrainian independence, having changed Ukraine dramatically.
