Transfer of property from the common ownership to the communal one: clarifications for hromadas
Decentralisation implementation has influenced the transfer of property from the common to the communal ownership by territorial hromadas. A lot of urgent issues concerning property transfer have arisen at hromadas.
Experts of the USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) have prepared necessary clarifications.
