The Strategic Planning in Health care at the Hospital District Level manual

Within the UNO Recovery and Peace building Programme, funded by the EU training materials on strategic planning in health care have been prepared. The programme provides support, aimed at creating proper preconditions for health care strategic planning in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The Strategic Planning in Health care at the Hospital District Level manual is targeted to preparing a qualitative and informative training for work group representatives, participating in the strategic planning. The manual is based on the best international practices. However, it was adjusted to the Ukrainian reality, as it was tested while trainings by the UNO Recovery and Peace building Programme experts were conducted to regularly upgrade professional knowledge, provide advanced training, improve and develop skills of the health care facilities and local self-government staff.
