How can local election rules be changed
This week may be crucial for «game rules» at the local (not being limited to them) election to be established: the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider bill 3485 On Amending some Laws of Ukraine On the Election Legislation Improvement. The document suggests amending Book 4 «Local Election».
