On bill 2679 (on the ASCs network)
On May, 13, 2020 the bill on improvement of the network and ASCs functioning was adopted in the first reading (hereinafter – bill 2679).
The bill received mixed feedback from ASC professional community, particularly, many ASC heads. The article highlights some of its provisions in detail.
