The U-LEAD with Europe Programme team, working over the administrative services provision quality enhancement, has held a video-discussion with representatives of the regional state administrations and ASCs heads in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions about the centres’ work under the quarantine conditions and after the quarantine completion.
