Complicated expert discussions of the preparation of the bill on reforming the sub-regional (rayon) level are underway. Finally, the MinRegion jointly with experts is ready for a clear and comprehensible text, defining the list and configuration of new rayons.

It was highlighted by Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine during a video-conference, dedicated to preparing a bill on forming and liquidating the sub-regional (rayon) level.

According to Vyacheslav Nehoda, in the near future the text of the bill will be publicised for the general public to discuss.
