‘The bill of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine should not be the bill developed by one person. It must be the bill to become consensus of the local self-government, the state and expert community. We shall become its conductors in the parliament’, claimed MP of Ukraine Vitalii Bezgin in Kherson, during the public discussion of propositions concerning amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine ‘Constitutional Provision of Decentralisation in Ukraine – 2020’.

Among the event participants there were representatives of the local self-government and their associations, executive power and public representatives of the Kherson, Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.
