We are ready for the final draft of the Constitution amendments in terms of decentralisation, - Ruslan Stefanchuk
"Issue №1 is decentralisation. Now we are ready for the final draft. I’m looking through what has been done by the constitution commission and what has been developed jointly with local self-government associations. We have come to an agreement on all aspects, with a few nuances left", - commented Ruslan Stefanchuk, First deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada in his interview for RBK-Ukraine.
