16 out of 24 regions have submitted perspective plan drafts to the Government, others have to do it by February, 21, – the Prime–Minister’s Adviser

‘As of February, 18, 16 region state administrations have submitted their perspective plan drafts to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The rest have to do it by Friday. February, 21’, – reported Ivan Lukeria, an expert on decentralization, the Prime – Minister’s adviser.

According to the expert, Dnipropetrovsk, Transcarpathian, Zaporizhian, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Odesa, Sumy and Cherkasy region state administrations have not submitted their perspective plan drafts yet.
