The Minregion Informed When to Expect the Process of Forming Capable Hromadas and New Rayons to be Completed
‘Decentralisation is a priority of the Minregion. The reform will be completed in 2020 with the local elections to be conducted in the autumn on the basis of new territorial hromadas’, commented Denys Shmyhal, the Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
