Since February in the Minregion there have been held additional consultations on the development of perspective plans for the formation of Hromadas in the Transcarpathian, Lviv, Kherson, Sumy, Luhansk and Vinnytsia regions.
‘First of all, we have to think about the formation of hromadas, capable of providing people with qualitative and available services. Thorough calculations are necessary to form such hromadas. Perspective plans are developed according to certain criteria, indicating the hromada’s future capability. However, there are cases when a hromada, having been amalgamated, failed to embark on the course of development, therefore its perspective is unpromising, the majority of the criteria taken into account. Only under the circumstances together with such hromadas, oblast state administrations, people’s deputies and experts we try to find another more capable amalgamation configuration’, commented Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
