During his speech at the panel discussion 'Decentralisation 2020. Turbo Boost', Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Faction 'People's Servant' Oleksandr Korniienko told about the public discussion of the amendments to the Constitution and the rules and regulations of the Presidential Bill 2598, which has been recently withdrawn from the Parliament for the second time.
