Novoukrainska hromada for people with disabilities and musculoskeletal diseases is to have a 'social taxi' service engaging specialised transport means. On the first working day in 2020, Novoukrainka Mayor Oleksandr Korinnyi handed the keys to a new specially equipped van to transport wheelchair users and other persons with disabilities to the workers of the 'Social Services Centre of the Novoukrainka Town Council of Kirovohrad Oblast'.
