Swedish-Ukrainian project “Support to Decentralisation in Ukraine presented the report “Sub-national Governance Reform and Local Self-Government Finance in Ukraine: 2014-2018” (DOWNLOAD).

In the document, project experts Tony Levitas and Jasmina Djikic have analysed the financial sector in Ukraine and tracked how the decentralisation reform is changing the revenues and expenditures of local governments.
