The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine invites employees of youth centres and civil activists to attend the All-Ukrainian Training “Effective Management of Youth Centres”.

The training plan includes:

• youth studies in hromadas and variety of methods to study the needs of youth, key-issue analysis;

• developing skills of the employees of youth centres in planning, forecasting and measuring results of the positive influence of centres on young citizens of hromadas;

• environment design in youth centres based on planned programme activities;

• work of youth centre teams, external and internal communication in the team, branding and positioning of youth centres;

• build-up of volunteer movements at youth centres;

• meetings with specialists and experts in youth work and development of youth centres in Ukraine;

• cases of acting youth centres in Ukraine, etc.

This training will be interesting for:

• managers of youth centres;

• specialists for youth work, managers of youth projects;

• employees of organisations’ units responsible for youth work;

• everyone who is involved in youth work and interested in upgrading her/his management skills.
