The Government will soon present the local roads’ renovation programme, - Volodymyr Groysman
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will soon present a strategy for renovating roads of local importance using the new technology of concrete coating «T-concrete», raw material for which is produced in Ukraine, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman talking to journalists in the Zhytomyr Oblast. The Head of Government is in the region and has already inspected the section of the M-06 “Kyiv-Chop” route to detour Zhytomyr. This area is reconstructed exactly with the use of such technology.
The Head of Government reminded that since 2018 Ukraine has been implementing the strategy for uniting oblast centres with high-quality roads.
“But there are roads between rayon centres. They are in a terrible state. In the nearest future we will come up with a new programme – this is a strategy for building roads between rayon centres. It will be a five-year programme, already a technological solution. We started to build roads and continue construction,” saidVolodymyr Groysman. “We are moving according to the plan, we need to strengthen this work. I would like us to work ahead of schedule.”
