The DOBRE Programme advises on how hromadas can successfully develop within the digital space in the cycle of Digital Hromadas articles
In the first material, we found that digitalisation is one of the key factors for enhancing the AH success in implementing reforms. NGO SocialBoost, DOBRE's technological partner, created Dosvit, a platform that allows AHs to create their own human-centred websites following all modern IT canons.
The Oleksandrivska AH is an excellent example of a hromada that you can fall in love with at first sight. On the main page of the website you will immediately see three major indicators: the annual AH budget, area and population.

Though figures on the main page just initiate the acquaintance. It is important to give the investor more detailed, full and up-to-date information about the hromada. For this, the Dosvit platform offers the "Economic Profile" application, with which the AH can share the most important things about it. The overall picture is supplemented by the blocks "Society" and "Infrastructure", that's how they look in the Oleksandrivska AH: https://oleksandrivskaotg.gov.ua/economic-profile.

Then, after learning the key indicators of hromada development, the investor begins to study it more thoroughly. Dosvit helps to answer specific questions of the "Enterprises and Institutions" application. The Mohylivska AH regularly updates its own map of enterprises: https://mogylivskaotg.gov.ua/enterprises-registry.

“Hromada Projects” is an application that allows placing information on all existing projects or those that are planned for implementation.

The Dosvit platform is already in use by the AHs- partners of the DOBRE Programme in seven oblasts.
