On 31 May 2019, at 10 a.m., in the press centre of the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre (2, Khreshchatyk Street), the CASE Ukraine Centre for Social and Economic Research supported by USAID/DOBRE and the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labour Affairs within the US Department of State (DRL) will make a presentation of tools for controlling budget expenditures at the local level: a budget simulator for AHs and interactive budgets for school and healthcare facilities.
