Development concept for ASC network prepared by experts

The experts of the “Administrative Services” working group of the Donors’ Council on Decentralisation have prepared the development concept for the ASC network that is also supposed to be financed through the state financial and international technical aid.

The implementation of the principles and priorities of the development for ASC network is available via the link.
