Two years of cooperation with DOBRE Programme

The partnership history of the United States Agency for International Development “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) Programme and the Terebovlyanska amalgamated hromada, lasting for two years so far, is a vivid example of a partnership in which each party clearly implements its goals and tasks. Training, joint activities and projects are three pillars of such cooperation and the basis of interaction and rapid results.

One of the important tasks of the DOBRE Programme, together with its foreign and local partner organisations, is to introduce and develop a system of trainings for local self-government employees, local deputies, business and small entrepreneurship representatives, active citizens and initiative youth.
