Passenger transportation in hromadas - topic of “Jointly” programme

What to do when there are no communal bus routes to small remote villages? Is it expedient to buy a school bus, and is it profitable to maintain free social transport?

This issue of the “Jointly” programme features:

  • Free bus route in the Kharkiv Oblast. Rural residents use it daily to get to the centre of the Kolomatska AH.
  • Zolotopotitska AH in the Ternopil Oblast may become the first hromada to have its own communal carrier.
  • School bus rented – a decision of the Mliyivska AH in the Cherkasy Oblast.
