Financial decentralisation: experts told about results of 2018 and prospects for 2019

Whatever the skeptics of local self-government reform say, financial decentralisation results in particular indicate that the reform is moving in the right direction. Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion, expressed this opinion, commenting on the financial indicators of the monthly Monitoring of the process of decentralisation of power and local self-government reform.

Materials were prepared on the basis of the data from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Treasury Service of Ukraine, Main Directions of Budget Policy for 2019-2021, Law of Ukraine On the State Budget for 2019by the experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International Project):
