The Chernihiv Oblast is one of the few Ukrainian oblasts, where all AHs took over administration of educational institutions located on their territories, said Iryna Kudryk, Director of the Chernihiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, at a press conference that summed up 2018.

“As of 1 September 2018, all 37 hromadas of our oblast took over administration of educational institutions, only 9 oblasts of Ukraine managed to accomplish this task by 100%, including ours,” informed the official.
