Revenue sources of local budgets in 2019: experts explain

Amendments to the Budget and Tax Codes of Ukraine entered into force from 1 January 2019. These changes extended sources of local budget revenues and modified certain funds’ enrollment rates.

The experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International) prepared informational materials “Sources of Local Budget Revenues: 2019” (DOWNLOAD).

The materials are prepared on the basis of the Budget Code of Ukraine, Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget for 2019”, other normative legal acts.
