In Cherkasy Oblast two village councils made agreement on creating joint ASC

In 2019, 13 Administrative Service Centres will be opened in the oblast, among which there are three intermunіcipal ASCs for two hromadas.

This was announced by the Cherkasy Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

“There has recently been made an agreement on creating the third in the Cherkasy Oblast intermunicipal ASC between the Ivankivtsi and Romanivka village councils. At present, any hromada of the Mankivtsi rayon has no its own ASC, that is a serious problem for residents of the Mankivtsi rayon. The quality of the administrative services delivered by the rayon ASC could be better, and namely residents of the hromada state that they sometimes return home from the rayon centre failing to submit documents because of great queues.
