Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils develops proposals on division of powers between self-government levels
The Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils starts developing proposals regarding the division of powers between different local self-government levels, informed Serhii Chernov, President of the Association, during a roundtable meeting on modeling of the administrative and territorial structure of the Kharkiv Oblast, held on 17 December.
