Expert analysis of budgets of 665 AHs over 9 months of 2018
The experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under Minregion conducted a regular analysis of the financial performance of 665 AHs over nine months of 2018, and compared the change in the indicators’ results with the first half of the current year. This was reported by Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator.
