Are you interested in educational and healthcare reforms? Are you studying and writing about the challenges of these reforms? Are you working with or writing for a newspaper, online edition or radio programme?

Winners of the competition will get certificates for purchase of technical appliances necessary to perform the journalist work.
The competition commission, formed of the representatives of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, experts in healthcare and educational reforms, and Eidos Centre employees will select 10 winners in the following nominations.

The materials should be prepared and made public in printed, radio and online media during the period from 1 April to 14 December 2018.

The competition is being held within the framework of the “Decentralisation Media School. Course II”, carried out by Eidos Centre for Political Studies and Analysis with the support of U-LEAD with Europe: Ukraine – Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme, funded by the European Union and its member states Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Poland and Sweden.
