Culture and decentralisation: what to do with rural clubs

Only about a quarter of Ukrainians (27%) believe that children of their settlement have sufficient opportunities for creative and artistic development. At the same time, residents of large cities 5 times more often positively evaluate these opportunities than residents of villages. This is evidenced by the All-Ukrainian poll results.
