Amalgamated hromadas to enter securities market
The amalgamated hromadas may soon get a new instrument for attracting investment and development. The draft law on bonds of local development funds No.9023, adoption of which will allow hromadas to attract local loans for project implementation, has been registered at the Verhovna Rada.
