The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) invites representatives of local self-government and executive authorities, local councils, hromada leaders and public activists to participate in the online course “Local Development Project Management – 8” on the online platform “Community of Practices: Sustainable Development”.

The purpose of training within this most popular e-course is to acquire knowledge and master project management techniques and methods to implement sustainable development strategies of hromadas. Each participant to successfully complete the course will identify the goal of the project and stakeholders; find a solution that will provide the expected result, plan the stages of the project implementation; determine the main types of project activities, necessary resources, risks and factors for ensuring the sustainability of project results.

The training is free of charge; the number of participants from one institution or organisation is not limited. Everything you need for the training is to have regular Internet access and an e-mail account, readiness to study at least an hour a day, as well as share your experience in implementing your projects.

Duration of training in the e-course programme: 1 November – 5 December 2018.

To become a member of the “Local Development Project Management – 8” e-course, you need to register within the Community of Practices on the Community’s webpage by clicking the “Sign In” button in the upper right corner of this page and creating a new member account. If you cannot register yourself, please contact the administrator at udlsystem@udl.org.ua.

Current members of the Community do not need to re-register / create their accounts for participation in this course, it is only necessary to pass enrollment procedure for the e-course during the dates specified.
