The Executive Committee of the Balta City Council approved the estimate and documentation for the project of informatisation of the AH settlements, reports the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.

As explained in the city council, the AH plans to lay a fiber-optic communication line between the AH centre – the city of Balta – and 20 villages of the hromada.

The AH representatives call the future informatisation of the hromada an “information revolution”. This project will provide villages with high-speed Internet and IP-telephony.
