Experts analysed budgets of amalgamated hromadas of every oblast
Financial monitoring experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and SKL International) presented an analysis of the relevant indicators of 665 AHs in the context of all 24 oblasts as continuation of the assessment of the implementation of individual indicators of local budgets by 665 AHs over the first half of 2018, in terms of population number in hromadas (more details can be found HERE),
“Now, each amalgamated hromada can analyse and compare the results of its financial activities with the results of other hromadas in the oblast. This will enable local self-government bodies to draw conclusions and focus their efforts on strengthening financial capacity and building financial potential in order to effectively carry out their functions and responsibilities, as well as provide high-quality services to hromada residents,” said Yanina Kazyuk, financial decentralisation coordinator.
It should be mentioned that the assessment of the implementation of local budget indicators by 665 AHs, which have direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget, was carried out by 4 indicators.
