On 13 September, the participants of the conference “Modern Library of the Amalgamated Hromada” were looking for the answers to the question: what should the library look like in order not only to return lost readers, but also to get new ones?
“We cannot help those who do not want to change. Society does not stand still, so the library has to keep pace with time, and sometimes even be ahead of it. The really working library will never be closed, because the hromada itself will not allow it,” said Nataliya Filyak, Director of the Chernivtsi Oblast Universal Scientific Library named after M. Ivasyuk.
