Third 2018 issue of Radnyk Starosty published (+electronic version)
With the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO), the 2018 issue of Radnyk Starosty (Starosta’s Adviser) was released.
The publication is intended to provide practical assistance to new officials – starostas – in the local self-government system.
