“Calculator of financial capacity of perspective amalgamated hromada” was developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) at MinRegion’s request.

The programme provides an opportunity to simulate the budget of the future AH, based on the forecasted budget indicators of villages, urban-type settlements, cities that have decided to form or join the existing AH.

The software allows to overcome certain problems that arise when calculating the financial capacity of future amalgamated hromadas,” says Oksana Harnets.
