The Association of Amalgamated Hromadas, with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, is launching a new Project on “Implementation of Effective Municipal Management Tools and Legal Assistance to Hromadas”.

The Project’s objective is to introduce effective tools of modern municipal management that ensure sustainable hromada development and legal support protection of hromadas, in the activity of local self-government bodies of AHs.

The main task of the Project is to provide basic legal assistance to local self-government bodies regarding the issues arising from the implementation of the right to voluntary amalgamation and accession of hromadas.
