A two-day study tour of the representatives of non-amalgamated hromadas of the Donetsk and Kherson Oblasts, aimed at studying the amalgamation experience of the coastal hromadas of the Mykolayiv Oblast, with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, finished on 26 July.

The participants visited the Chornomorska AH. Andriy Dmytrenko, head of the AH, told about the hromada formation.

“At the moment, I can say with certainty that working in AH is better and more efficient, yet harder. Why is it so? Because, apart from the funds and resources, provided by the state, we have received much higher responsibilities, primarily, to the people. No need to be afraid, because the results indicate obvious things – we made the right choice,” said Andriy Dmytrenko.
